Ben has a diverse background in architecture, city planning and construction, which he brings to bear on his real estate practice. His area of specialties include historic and unique residential homes, as well as new construction and renovation for hospitality properties. He works between New York City and the mid Hudson Vally, helping clients realize their dreams of weekend/seasonal upstate homes that generate rental revenue for owners who may live/work in the city. Ben is active in the design, development and operations of many project in the Hudson Valley and can help advise you on a range of project delivery and management strategies. Mr. Harwood is the product of Colombia, MIT and Harvard Universities and is a LEED Accredited Professional in green building practices.
