Johny is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Halter Associates Realty, helping clients buy and sell residential homes, land, and luxury properties across the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountain regions in Upstate New York. Johny provides clients with helpful guidance, minimizing stress during the buying or selling process. His goal is to make sure all of his clients have a calm and memorable experience.

Born in Newburgh in an immigrant family, Johny was determined to create a successful life from scratch. He graduated SUNY New Paltz with a bachelor’s degree in business. However, the learning didn’t stop there. Johny took an interest in Real Estate and devoted his time to learning all there is to know about the business. One of Johny’s dreams is to build his own home and start a family. Milestones and growth are very important to Johny, so he will make sure every client achieves their own goals, whether it’s helping a first-time homebuyer navigate an offer or marketing a property for top dollar.
