Petra has been proudly serving the Mid-Hudson Valley as a full-time Realtor since 2014, bringing a client-first philosophy to every transaction. Her approach is built on clear communication, diligence, and a strong commitment to always prioritizing her clients’ best interests, timelines, and budgets.

She works closely with buyers and sellers of residential homes and investment properties throughout Ulster County and the greater Hudson Valley. Known for her attentive listening and thoughtful guidance, Petra takes the time to understand each client’s goals and priorities, using her market knowledge and negotiation skills to help achieve successful outcomes. Her client relationships often continue well beyond closing, as she remains a trusted resource for advice and ongoing real estate support.

Originally from the Black Forest region of Germany, Petra brings an international perspective to her work. After earning a Master of Arts in American Studies from Goethe University in Frankfurt, she moved to New York State in 2001. Her professional background includes experience at a commercial real estate investment bank and as an HR Administrator at Rockefeller University in New York City, both of which strengthened her understanding of complex transactions, organization, and client service.

After relocating to Ulster County in 2012, Petra transitioned into real estate and quickly built a strong reputation for professionalism, steady communication, and effective negotiation. Her ability to maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach helps keep transactions moving forward even in challenging situations.

Petra believes in a firm but collaborative communication style that keeps deals on track while maintaining positive relationships between all parties. Her goal is to make the buying and selling process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for her clients.

Outside of real estate, Petra enjoys gardening and tending to her “little farm” in High Falls, cooking and exploring new cuisines with her family, and volunteering at The People’s Place in Kingston.
