Often referred to as the most famous small town in America - you may think of Woodstock New York as a town filled with healing crystals, yoga classes, tie-dye shirts and the infamous concert of the sixties.  But Woodstock has changed a bit since then. Best know for that 1969 music festival that boasts the town’s name but never actually happened at this location - Woodstock is also a mecca for the arts with places like the Byrdcliffe art colony, The Woodstock Guild, Maverick, Woodstock Artist Association and Museum, The Woodstock Photo Center, The Woodstock School of Art and numerous galleries. The town's history goes back to the early 1900's.

Today the town boasts charming stores and unique local happenings like every Sunday's Drumming Circle in the center of town. One visit and you'll agree Woodstock offers a deliciously diverse culinary experience with places like Cucina, The Bear Cafe, Oriole 9, The Commune Saloon, The Red Onion, Shindig, Taco Juan's, The Garden Cafe, Tinker Taco Lab, Provisions, and Peace Love & Cupcakes.

Of course there still is the music... and the legends and talented artists that have passed through this town - not to mention the musicians and artists that live here today. There are film festivals, music festivals, comedy festivals, writers festivals and more. Happily people flock to Woodstock for more then music nostalgia. Many look to escape the hectic pace of city life. To slow down. To recharge. To observe. Others come for weekend activities like hiking, biking, motorcycling and swimming. Whatever the reason – a weekend in this town of “peace…love…and understanding” keeps our phones ringing - Woodstock has a great array of homes to choose from. Real estate ranges from grand estates, homes with stunning mountain views, contemporary dwell-style homes, rustic farm houses to victorian-style homes.
