Born and raised in NYC, I recently fulfilled my lifelong dream of living in the Catskills. As a 24 year resident is Westchester county and after many, many years of excursions, discoveries, and adventures, my family and I settled in to the quaint Catskill enclave of Glenford, NY, right outside of Woodstock.
I began my career in 1983 when I joined the U.S. Navy and I immediately embraced the specialized field of procurement and contract management. After serving in the U.S. Navy, I continued to pursue a successful career as a procurement professional. My most notable experience has been the negotiation of large multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects, including MTA’s East Side Access Project and the World Trade Center Redevelopment.
Over the years, after having experienced the thrill of buying and selling real estate as an investor, my passion for real estate grew and in 2013 I started a second career as a licensed real estate agent. Living and working as a real estate agent for the past 11 years in the Hudson Valley, I gained a reputation of being an honest, compassionate, diligent, and fact-driven agent who builds relationships with customers and clients. The relationships that I build with clients adds value to the buying process and contributes to a wholistic positive outcome for clients. Many of my previous clients are still friends today.
I am passionate about real estate and about my approach to finding the right home for those looking to purchase and to finding the right buyer for those looking to sell. As part of the Halter Associates Realty team, I leverage my corporate skills, expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit to connect with clients, and to build successful relationships.
From Kingston to Margaretville, and from the Tapanzee (Gov. Mario Cuomo) bridge to Coxsackie and everywhere in between, I am very familiar with this region’s many towns, so I am certain I will add value as you decide to sell a home or buy a home in the Hudson Valley.
