The level front meadow is perfect for volleyball, croquet, Ultimate Frisbee, and other lawn games. It even offers ample space to install a pickleball or tennis court. The deep swimming pond is ready for action: swimming, kayaking or just plain floating on a raft in peace and solitude. There is a nice dock for cocktail hour and/or sunsets. There are a few plum and peach trees peppered about between the home and the pond. The back forest has logging trails and one could carve out a great cross country ski loop in the meadows and into the back woods. After all outdoor or indoor activities... there is a massage/sauna room as well as a gym that can hold many pieces of gym equipment, as well as accommodation space for yoga. The guest house is a few steps away through a stone wall opening and has a separate entrance to a staircase, leading to light -filled spacious apartment with two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen and sitting area w/ a sunny east facing balcony for morning coffee.
