Lis Bar

Known as the “gateway to the Catskills”, the City of Kingston has seen a revitalization in each of its three distinct neighborhoods – Uptown, Downtown, and Midtown — in recent years. The latter, Midtown, has established itself as an up-and-coming arts district: Former warehouses have become studios and workshops for artisans, new galleries have sprung up, and there’s even a pop culture museum. Not to mention, the culinary scene is hot, with restaurants to please any palate and three craft breweries. Here’s a taste of what Midtown has to offer.
