Talk about local! Peter’s first ancestor on these shores settled in New Paltz in 1686. His great grandfather was the horse-and-buggy Town doctor of Woodstock, and delivered each of his parents! Peter's grandmother, Jo Cantine, was one of Woodstock's noted 20th Century oil painters.
As a hospitality professional, Peter operated commercial properties in New York City and The Hudson Valley. He participated in all phases of property management, planning, financing and governmental approval processes. As a RUPCO-registered landlord, Peter helped provide affordable housing for Woodstock. Peter’s public service, as a former member of Woodstock’s Town Council and past President of the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce & Arts, further qualifies him on the residential and commercial sides of real estate. For the Town of Woodstock, Peter successfully negotiated the acquisition of key real estate and oversaw, amended and defended the Zoning Law.

Johanna Trimboli

Johanna was born in Sweden and moved to the Gulf Coast of Florida when she was a young girl. She spent her youth between her native Sweden and the old Florida coast, giving her a love of nature as well as an appreciation for Scandinavian design and sensibilities. Her aunt began the largest independently owned Real Estate company on the west coast of Florida 40 ago. Johanna has been surrounded by the real estate world all her life, giving her a keen sense of what buyers and sellers are seeking, and an innate sense for great properties.
Johanna went to Bryn Mawr College and graduated in Social Work. In 1998 Johanna and her family moved to the Hudson Valley. She fell in love with the diverse community, rich history, incredible beauty and uniqueness of the area. In 2005 she received her New York State Real Estate License and has been actively in the real estate world ever since, whether working with buyers and sellers or investing in her own interesting projects. Her greatest love is to find the perfect location, a home with a great foundation and to see all the potential a property has to offer for her buyers. She has a great relationship with many local designers and builders to facilitate that process.
Johanna has been active in the Woodstock community for almost two decades, seeing the area grow and the needs of the community expand. She is a parent and has had an active role in various community programs including Family of Woodstock, CASA and Kids Peace.

Kim Cantine is a full time Real Estate Associate Broker who was inspired to join the profession by her genuine love of helping people, and her passion for the Hudson Valley. Kim majored in American Studies at Bard College, and developed her fascination for Hudson Valley history and architecture.
