Saugerties NY

Atlantic Kayak Tours
Touted as the most experienced kayak outfitter on the Hudson River with over 30 years of running kayak programs, here you'll find kayak tours, sales, and instruction on the Hudson River. Atlantic Kayak Tours operate from May-October. 


I Paddle NY
Offers kayak and stand up paddle board rentals and guided kayak tours.  Discover Cantine Falls, Saugerties Lighthouse, Esopus Bend Nature Preserve, abundant wildlife, and stunning sunsets.  Beginners encouraged and welcome.

Saugerties Marina
A family-owned and operated business, Saugerties Marina has been sharing water sporting excitement with professionals, die-hard enthusiasts, and first-timers since 1985. The marina offers: Motorboat and Kayak Rentals, Local and Long Distance Transportation, Transient Docking, Gas & Diesel Fuel Sales, Complete Ship Store stocked with Fishing Tackle, Live Bait, Parts Inventory, Life Vests, and Inflatable Water Toys.

Glasco Mini Park
Also in Saugerties, directly on the Hudson River, this river-front park features a boat launch with a concrete ramp and dock, which can accommodate two boats/vehicles simultaneously, and there's a  smaller launch fo your kayak and "carry-ons."

Kingston, NY

Kingston Point Beach
Located on Delaware Avenue in Downtown Kingston, Kingston Point Beach is the place to go for swimming in the Hudson River, nature trails, a launch for boats and kayaks, a playground and pavilion for family fun, and a new nine-hole disc golf course! Fenced dog area across the road. 

A Day Away Kayak Rentals
A paddle sport livery located on the south end of Rondout Creek in Kingston. Single-seat kayaks, tandem kayaks, and canoes are available at hourly and daily rates. Stand-up paddle board rentals and lessons. Takes walk-ins and reservations and operates from April-October, 9 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Kingston Parks and Recreation Kayaking Program
Kingston's Forsyth Nature Center offers guided kayak tours on the Hudson River and Rondout Creek. Here you can kayak Kingston's wonderful waterbodies on Friday and Saturdays with naturalists - exploring the ecology, animal life and history of these beautiful areas. Tours include use of equipment and guides and operate Memorial Day through mid-September. Frequent sightings include Bald Eagles, Osprey, Turtles and much more.

Bob Shepard Highland Landing Park
Get ready for Spectacular views of the Hudson River. Activities include fishing, boating, kayaking, picnicking, and birdwatching. Open year-round, sunrise to sunset.
